Impumelelo Print Solutions Acquires Magicprint
Impumelelo Print Solutions is pleased to announce the acquisition of Magicprint, a company that commenced operations forty-five years ago in 1966.
As a result of the purchase, Impumelelo Print Solutions has acquired additional hi-tech offset litho presses, a state of the art computer-to-plate system and a complete in house bindery that will supplement our existing litho and digital presses.
Another benefit will be the addition of technical expertise, experienced management and trained staff who will join Impumelelo Print Solutions' talented management, team of machine operators, production staff, designers, sales and administrative staff.

Impumelelo Print Solutions has achieved one of the highest level empowerment ratings, an Empowerdex AAA rating or Level 2 in terms of the Department of Trade & Industry's (DTI) BEE Codes of Good Practice. This allows our customers to claim 125% of the money they spend with Impumelelo Print Solutions as the empowerment spend on their BEE scorecard. Two thirds of our staff compliment are from the previously disadvantaged community and two thirds of our staff are female. The owners are fully operational in the business on a day-to-day basis.
